Our work is focused on sustainable development by empowering disadvantaged women, youth and children, advancing gender equality and promoting human rights. We strive to serve and protect women and girls from all forms of discrimination and gender based violence.
Enhancing the health and well being of our people
We offer a variety of programs aimed at enhancing the health and well being of our people as well as facilitating opportunities for learning, income generation and personal growth.
Our programs include; Women Empowerment, Gender Equality and Girls Empowerment, Youth and Children Empowerment and Volunteering programs. Professional Counselling, Social work, Targeted interventions to reduce Gender-based Violence, Entrepreneurship, Sports program, Capacity building and Sustainable Development. Our programs are aimed to empower women, youth and children by providing them with entrepreneurship and vocational skills training that focus on education, developing business and practical skills such as sewing, embroidery, cooking, baking, beading, hairdressing, soap making etc.
These programs are focused on improving beneficiaries’ skills and knowledge so that they can create high quality products that are more competitive in the marketplace.
Empowerment through entrepreneurship
We provide women with the tools, resources and skills they need to start their own businesses, farming and much more. By doing that, we can help them achieve financial independence, build self-confidence, and contribute to their families and communities in meaningful ways. Women’s empowerment through entrepreneurship can help to promote gender equality, economic growth, and social development, benefiting both women entrepreneurs and society as a whole.
We provide youth and children with regular sports and play activities that develop their self-esteem, empower them with sense of belonging and enable them to be responsible Tanzanian citizens.
We convert sports as a development tool to empower youth and children with skills to work their way out of poverty challenges such as early pregnancies, drugs and to enable them to have a successful education and ultimately live a meaningful life.
We are fully committed to empower women, youth and children to enrich their lives in the communities they live in, advance gender equality and promote human rights; Amplify the voices of girls who are at risk of child marriage and defend girl’s rights to health, education and the opportunity to fulfill their dreams.
